What you will build on Zendesk

Each is one formula on live data. These are examples of the syntax: the column names will follow Zendesk's own fields once the integration ships.

=data.tickets.count(id, group, A2, status, "open")
Backlog by group. Open tickets per group and priority.
=data.ratings.count(id, score, "good")/data.ratings.count(id)
Satisfaction trend. Good ratings as a share of all ratings, by month.
=data.tickets.avg(first_reply_hours, agent, A2)
Response time. Median first-response time per agent.

How it will run

Your data stays in Zendesk

Sheets will open inside Zendesk, as an app in its own interface, and read your data through Zendesk's API with your permission. We plan to list it in the Zendesk Marketplace.
