Website privacy notice

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This notice covers this website only. Each Sheets app has its own privacy policy, linked from its section of this site. The website is published by 4Cs BV, Lindekensweg 3, 2160 Wommelgem, Belgium, company number BE 1014.832.509 ("we"), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, e-mail address, company (optional), topic and message, the page you sent it from, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse. We use it only to answer you and, when you ask to be told about an integration, to write once when it ships.
  • Votes for integrations: a random identifier in a first-party cookie (sv, one year) so that each browser counts once. It contains no personal data and is not used for anything else.
  • Page statistics: when you leave a page, the site counts anonymously how long the page was open, how far it was scrolled, how many clicks it got and whether a contact link was clicked, plus the website you came from (its name only). This is added to totals per page; no cookie, identifier, IP address or browser details are stored with it, and nothing is sent when your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control).
  • Server logs: technical request data needed to deliver the pages and keep the site secure, kept for a short time.

The site shows no advertising. Apart from Google Analytics after your consent (below), it uses no third-party trackers. Fonts are served by the site itself.

Analytics on this website

The pages of this website (not the Sheets apps) use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, only after you click Accept in the bar shown on your first visit. It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_X8X11J9M43 (up to two years) to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses; Google may process the data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Nothing is loaded if you decline, if the page is shown inside another site, or if your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control). You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; declining deletes these cookies.

Who receives it

  • Cloudflare, which delivers the site to your browser and, when you send the contact form, checks that a person sent it (Turnstile).
  • Google, for Google Analytics, only if you accept it.
  • Our own notification service (DropTop), which tells us that a message arrived.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and at most two years. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the CCPA or PIPEDA) you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing or ask for a copy. Write to [email protected]. For data your organisation's administrator controls, we may refer you to them. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Belgium: the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and change the date above.
