HubSpot tickets in un foglio di calcolo live
Aggiungi la tabella Tickets a un foglio come origine dati chiamata tickets e le sue 36 colonne diventano nomi che formule, tabelle pivot e grafici usano. Sheets la legge (fonte: il tuo account HubSpot) ogni volta che il foglio si apre o si aggiorna.
Le colonne di ogni account sono le sue proprietà HubSpot, comprese quelle personalizzate. Qui sono elencate le proprietà standard di HubSpot; anche gli oggetti personalizzati sono tabelle (Enterprise).
Formule su questa tabella
=data.tickets.sum(time_to_close) Time to close totale. Somma la colonna Time to close su tutte le righe di Tickets.
=data.tickets.sum(time_to_close, ticket_status, A2) Time to close per ticket status. Con un ticket status in A2, il totale per quello. Trascinala verso il basso accanto a un elenco di valori.
=list.tickets(ticket_status) Ogni ticket status, una volta sola. Espande i valori distinti di ticket status lungo la colonna: le etichette di riga per la formula qui sopra.
=data.tickets.count(record_id, ticket_status, "<>") Righe con un ticket status. Conta le righe in cui Ticket status non è vuoto.
=data.tickets.avg(time_to_first_agent_reply) Time to first agent reply medio. avg, min, max, count, countd (distinti) e first funzionano come sum.
Report che la usano
=data.tickets.count(record_id, ticket_status, "<>Closed", priority, A2) Ticket aperti per priorità. Ticket non ancora chiusi, per priorità nella colonna A.
