HubSpot tickets in a live spreadsheet
Add the Tickets table to a sheet as a data source named tickets and its 36 columns become names your formulas, pivot tables and charts use. Sheets reads it from your HubSpot account each time the sheet opens or refreshes.
Each account's columns are its own HubSpot properties, custom ones included. The columns listed here are HubSpot's standard properties; custom objects are tables too (Enterprise).
Formulas on this table
=data.tickets.sum(time_to_close) Total time to close. Adds up the Time to close column over every row of Tickets.
=data.tickets.sum(time_to_close, ticket_status, A2) Time to close per ticket status. With a ticket status in A2, the total for that one. Fill it down next to a list of them.
=list.tickets(ticket_status) Every ticket status, once. Spills the distinct ticket status values down the column: the row labels for the formula above.
=data.tickets.count(record_id, ticket_status, "<>") Rows with a ticket status. Counts the rows whose Ticket status is not empty.
=data.tickets.avg(time_to_first_agent_reply) Average time to first agent reply. avg, min, max, count, countd (distinct) and first work the same way as sum.
Reports that use it
=data.tickets.count(record_id, ticket_status, "<>Closed", priority, A2) Open tickets per priority. Tickets not yet closed, per priority in column A.
