Reports on Shopify data

Each report is one formula on live data. Type it in a cell; when a formula refers to A2, list the values in column A first (for example with =list.<table>(<column>)) and fill the formula down.

=data.orders.sum(net_total, channel, A2)
Net sales. Order totals after refunds, for the whole store or per channel in column A.
=data.orders.sum(net_total, ship_to_country, A2)
Sales by country. Net sales per shipping country.
=data.orders.avg(total)
Average order value. Average order total; add a date filter to compare months.
=data.order_lines.sum(quantity, product, A2)
Units sold per product. Quantity per product from the order lines. List the products with =list.order_lines(product).
=data.order_lines.sum(net_amount, vendor, A2)
Revenue per vendor. Net line amounts per vendor.
=data.inventory_by_location.count(variant_id, available, "<5")
Low stock. Variant locations with fewer than five units available.
=data.inventory_by_location.sum(on_hand, location, A2)
Units on hand per location. Physical stock per location, including units already committed to orders.
=data.orders.sum(discounts)
Discount codes used. Orders that used a discount, and what the discounts cost.
=data.customers.count(id, orders, ">1")
Repeat customers. Customers with more than one order.
