What it is

Sheets

Live spreadsheets, dashboards and scheduled reports on your store data.

Works with Shopify.

Sheets turns your store's orders, products, customers and inventory into live spreadsheets. Spreadsheet formulas, pivot tables and charts read the data directly, so your sales reports, stock lists and dashboards stay current without exporting a CSV.

  • Formulas over your store data: sales by product, by day, by channel.
  • Pivot tables and charts that update with every new order.
  • Low-stock lists and best-seller rankings in a few clicks.
  • Share sheets with your team, export to .xlsx or PDF.
  • Scheduled e-mail reports, sent from your own mailbox.

Sheets reads your store data; it does not change orders, products or customers.

FAQ

Questions

Does Sheets change my store?

No. Sheets reads orders, products, customers and inventory; it does not change them.

Which store data can a sheet use?

9 tables: orders, order lines, draft orders, products, product variants, collections, customers, inventory by location, and locations.

Can an AI assistant build my reports?

Yes. Connect Claude or another MCP client to your store's Sheets: it can read your sheets and store data, write formulas and build dashboards, with the access you grant and can revoke.

Where does Sheets run?

Inside your Shopify admin, as an embedded app. Its data is stored on servers in the European Union.

What happens when I uninstall?

The access token is deleted at once, and all of the store's Sheets data within 48 hours of Shopify's store redaction request.
