ライブスプレッドシートで使える Xero invoices
Invoices テーブルを invoices という名前のデータソースとしてシートに追加すると、その25個の列が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフで使える名前になります。Sheets は、シートを開くたび、または更新するたびに Xero の組織データ から読み取ります。
このテーブルで使える関数
=data.invoices.sum(subtotal) Subtotalの合計. Invoicesのすべての行について、Subtotal列を合計します。
=data.invoices.sum(subtotal, contact, A2) Contactごとのsubtotal. A2 にcontactを入力すると、その1件の合計になります。一覧の隣で下にコピーしてください。
=list.invoices(contact) すべてのcontact(重複なし). contactの重複しない値を列方向に展開します。上の関数の行ラベルになります。
=data.invoices.sum(subtotal, date, ">=2026-01-01") ある日付以降. Dateが2026年1月1日以降の行のみ対象です。">="、"<"、"<>" などの条件は、一般的なスプレッドシートと同じように使えます。
=data.invoices.count(id, contact, "<>") Contactがある行. Contactが空でない行を数えます。
=data.invoices.avg(tax) Taxの平均. avg、min、max、count、countd(重複なし)、first も sum と同じ方法で使えます。
このテーブルを使うレポート
=data.invoices.sum(amount_due_base_currency, ageing, A2) 売掛金の滞留期間. 会計担当者が使う区分(Current、1-30、31-60、61-90、Over 90)で、未払いの請求書を基準通貨で表示します。A2 に区分名を入力してください。
=data.invoices.sum(amount_due_base_currency, payment_status, "Overdue") 期限超過の請求書. 期限超過額を、各請求書自身のレートで基準通貨に換算して表示します。
