HubSpot meetings in a live spreadsheet
Add the Meetings table to a sheet as a data source named meetings and its 40 columns become names your formulas, pivot tables and charts use. Sheets reads it from your HubSpot account each time the sheet opens or refreshes.
Each account's columns are its own HubSpot properties, custom ones included. The columns listed here are HubSpot's standard properties; custom objects are tables too (Enterprise).
Formulas on this table
=data.meetings.sum(company_number_of_employees) Total company: number of employees. Adds up the Company: Number of employees column over every row of Meetings.
=data.meetings.sum(company_number_of_employees, location, A2) Company: number of employees per location. With a location in A2, the total for that one. Fill it down next to a list of them.
=list.meetings(location) Every location, once. Spills the distinct location values down the column: the row labels for the formula above.
=data.meetings.count(record_id, location, "<>") Rows with a location. Counts the rows whose Location is not empty.
=data.meetings.avg(company_annual_revenue) Average company: annual revenue. avg, min, max, count, countd (distinct) and first work the same way as sum.
Reports that use it
=data.meetings.count(record_id, deal_deal_stage, A2) Meetings by deal stage. Meetings carry their deal's stage, so you can see where in the pipeline the meetings happen.
