ライブスプレッドシートで使える QuickBooks Online chart of accounts
Chart of accounts テーブルを chart_of_accounts という名前のデータソースとしてシートに追加すると、その15個の列が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフで使える名前になります。Sheets は、シートを開くたび、または更新するたびに QuickBooks Online の会社データ から読み取ります。
このテーブルで使える関数
=data.chart_of_accounts.sum(balance) Balanceの合計. Chart of accountsのすべての行について、Balance列を合計します。
=data.chart_of_accounts.sum(balance, account_no, A2) Account no.ごとのbalance. A2 にaccount no.を入力すると、その1件の合計になります。一覧の隣で下にコピーしてください。
=list.chart_of_accounts(account_no) すべてのaccount no.(重複なし). account no.の重複しない値を列方向に展開します。上の関数の行ラベルになります。
=data.chart_of_accounts.count(id, account_no, "<>") Account no.がある行. Account no.が空でない行を数えます。
=data.chart_of_accounts.avg(balance_with_sub_accounts) Balance with sub-accountsの平均. avg、min、max、count、countd(重複なし)、first も sum と同じ方法で使えます。

chart of accountsを、リアルタイムで
請求書、支払、顧客、勘定科目表が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフから直接読み取れるテーブルになります。エクスポートなしで、数値は常に最新です。
