QuickBooks Online chart of accounts in een live spreadsheet
Voeg de tabel Chart of accounts aan een sheet toe als gegevensbron met de naam chart_of_accounts en de 15 kolommen worden namen die je formules, draaitabellen en grafieken gebruiken. Sheets leest ze uit je QuickBooks Online-bedrijf telkens wanneer de sheet opent of vernieuwt.
Formules op deze tabel
=data.chart_of_accounts.sum(balance) Totaal balance. Telt de kolom Balance op over alle rijen van Chart of accounts.
=data.chart_of_accounts.sum(balance, account_no, A2) Balance per account no.. Met een account no. in A2, het totaal voor alleen die. Vul het naar beneden naast een lijst ervan.
=list.chart_of_accounts(account_no) Elke account no., één keer. Laat de unieke waarden van account no. door de kolom overlopen: de rijlabels voor de formule hierboven.
=data.chart_of_accounts.count(id, account_no, "<>") Rijen met een account no.. Telt de rijen waarvan Account no. niet leeg is.
=data.chart_of_accounts.avg(balance_with_sub_accounts) Gemiddelde balance with sub-accounts. avg, min, max, count, countd (uniek) en first werken op dezelfde manier als sum.
