QuickBooks Online chart of accounts i ett live-kalkylark
Lägg till tabellen Chart of accounts i ett ark som en datakälla med namnet chart_of_accounts så blir dess 15 kolumner namn som dina formler, pivottabeller och diagram använder. Sheets läser den från ditt QuickBooks Online-företag varje gång arket öppnas eller uppdateras.
Formler på den här tabellen
=data.chart_of_accounts.sum(balance) Totalt balance. Summerar kolumnen Balance över varje rad i Chart of accounts.
=data.chart_of_accounts.sum(balance, account_no, A2) Balance per account no.. Med ett account no. i A2 får du summan för just det. Fyll ner den bredvid en lista med dem.
=list.chart_of_accounts(account_no) Varje account no., en gång. Flödar ut de unika account no.-värdena nedåt i kolumnen: radetiketterna till formeln ovan.
=data.chart_of_accounts.count(id, account_no, "<>") Rader med ett account no.. Räknar raderna där Account no. inte är tomt.
=data.chart_of_accounts.avg(balance_with_sub_accounts) Genomsnittligt balance with sub-accounts. avg, min, max, count, countd (unika) och first fungerar på samma sätt som sum.
