WooCommerce product categories in a live spreadsheet
Add the Product categories table to a sheet as a data source named product_categories and its 5 columns become names your formulas, pivot tables and charts use. Sheets reads it from your WooCommerce store each time the sheet opens or refreshes.
Formulas on this table
=data.product_categories.sum(products) Total products. Adds up the Products column over every row of Product categories.
=data.product_categories.sum(products, name, A2) Products per name. With a name in A2, the total for that one. Fill it down next to a list of them.
=list.product_categories(name) Every name, once. Spills the distinct name values down the column: the row labels for the formula above.
=data.product_categories.count(name, name, "<>") Rows with a name. Counts the rows whose Name is not empty.
