Drop Top Sheets
Live spreadsheets, dashboards and scheduled reports on WooCommerce data.
Drop Top Sheets for WooCommerce, a WordPress plugin.
Drop Top Sheets for WooCommerce turns your store into live spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts and dashboards. Orders, order lines, refunds, products, variations, customers, buyers, coupons and categories become tables that spreadsheet formulas read directly, so your numbers stay up to date without exporting a CSV. It opens full page inside your WordPress admin, under WooCommerce → Sheets, in the admin's own look.
- Net sales after refunds, orders, average order, items sold and orders waiting, per month, status, product and country, in a ready-made "WooCommerce overview" spreadsheet.
- Formulas such as
=data.orders.sum(net_total, counts_as_sale, TRUE)and=data.order_lines.sum(quantity, product, "Classic mug")work next to any spreadsheet function. - Pivot tables, charts and dashboards with filters and click-to-filter; exports to .xlsx and PDF; share links.
- Scheduled e-mail reports and alerts sent from your own mailbox.
- Work with AI: connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that supports MCP to your store's spreadsheets, approved in your WordPress admin.
Drop Top Sheets reads your store with a read-only key. It never changes orders, products or customers.

Questions
Does Sheets change my store?
No. The plugin creates a read-only WooCommerce REST API key, and Sheets only reads orders, products, customers and coupons with it.
Which store data can a sheet use?
9 tables: orders, order lines, refunds, products, product variations, customers, buyers (from orders), coupons, and product categories.
How are net sales counted?
Processing, on hold, completed and refunded orders count as sales, as WooCommerce Analytics counts them by default, and Net total takes refunds off each order.
Can an AI assistant build my reports?
Yes. Connect Claude or another MCP client to your store's Sheets, approved in your WordPress admin: it can read your sheets and store data, write formulas and build dashboards.
What happens when I disconnect?
Disconnecting, or deactivating or deleting the plugin, deletes the read-only key and Sheets stops reading the store. Spreadsheets are kept until you ask us to delete them.
