Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of Sheets, published by 4Cs BV, Lindekensweg 3, 2160 Wommelgem, Belgium, company number BE 1014.832.509 ("we"). By installing or using Sheets you accept them on behalf of yourself and your store.

The service

Drop Top Sheets for WooCommerce works with WooCommerce stores on WordPress. You need a WooCommerce store you are allowed to connect; the terms of WooCommerce, WordPress and your hosting continue to apply to it. Drop Top Sheets is not made or endorsed by WooCommerce or Automattic.

Your store

Sheets only reads your store, with a read-only key that a store manager creates by connecting the store. You decide who in your WordPress admin may open Sheets (by default, everyone who can see WooCommerce reports) and are responsible for the reports they send.

Ending

You can stop at any time by disconnecting the store or deactivating or deleting the plugin, which deletes the key, and by asking us to delete your Sheets account, which deletes its data. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into or read with Sheets. You give us permission to process it only to provide Sheets, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Send scheduled reports only to people who expect them; do not use Sheets to send spam or unlawful content.
• Do not try to access data you have no permission for, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Keep connected accounts and credentials under your control.

We may suspend use that breaks these rules or endangers the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sheets available and correct, but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or improve features; material changes to these terms will be announced on this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sheets in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law; the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
