What you will build on Smartsheet

Each is one formula on live data. These are examples of the syntax: the column names will follow Smartsheet's own fields once the integration ships.

=data.projects.sum(budget, status, "Working on it")
Totals across boards. One sum or count over several boards at once.
=data.projects.sum(actual)-data.projects.sum(budget)
Budget vs actual. Planned and spent amounts side by side.

Status by owner. Items per person and status, as a pivot.

How it will run

Your data stays in Smartsheet

You will sign in with your Smartsheet account and give Sheets read access. Sheets runs on our servers in the EU and reads your data through Smartsheet's API when a sheet opens or refreshes. We plan to list it in the Smartsheet Marketplace.
