What you will build on Jira

Each is one formula on live data. These are examples of the syntax: the column names will follow Jira's own fields once the integration ships.

=data.issues.count(id, assignee, A2, status, "<>Done")
Workload by person. Open items and estimated hours per assignee.
=data.issues.count(id, project, A2, due, "<"&TODAY())
Cross-project status. One table of every project with its open, overdue and done counts.
=data.issues.avg(cycle_days, project, A2)
Cycle time. Average days from start to done, per project or type.

How it will run

Your data stays in Jira

Sheets will run on Jira's own app platform, so your data is read where it already lives. We plan to list it in the Atlassian Marketplace.
