Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of Sheets, published by 4Cs BV, Lindekensweg 3, 2160 Wommelgem, Belgium, company number BE 1014.832.509 ("we"). By installing or using Sheets you accept them on behalf of yourself and the monday.com account you use it in.

The service

Sheets is an app for monday.com. You need a monday.com account; monday.com's own terms continue to apply to it.

Plans and billing

Sheets is billed through the monday.com marketplace, per seat, for the seats in your monday.com account, with a 14-day free trial. Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and in the marketplace. When a trial or plan ends, spreadsheets stay readable, but editing, scheduled reports, alerts and AI assistant access stop until an account admin chooses a plan.

Contacting you

We may e-mail account admins about service changes. We never e-mail for marketing without consent.

Ending

You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan or uninstalling Sheets from your monday.com account. Uninstalling deletes the data we hold and ends our access to the data kept in monday.com's app storage, as described in the privacy policy. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into or read with Sheets. You give us permission to process it only to provide Sheets, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Send scheduled reports only to people who expect them; do not use Sheets to send spam or unlawful content.
• Do not try to access data you have no permission for, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• Keep connected accounts and credentials under your control.

We may suspend use that breaks these rules or endangers the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sheets available and correct, but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or improve features; material changes to these terms will be announced on this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sheets in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law; the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
