ライブスプレッドシートで使える QuickBooks Online sales receipts
Sales receipts テーブルを sales_receipts という名前のデータソースとしてシートに追加すると、その14個の列が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフで使える名前になります。Sheets は、シートを開くたび、または更新するたびに QuickBooks Online の会社データ から読み取ります。
このテーブルで使える関数
=data.sales_receipts.sum(total) Totalの合計. Sales receiptsのすべての行について、Total列を合計します。
=data.sales_receipts.sum(total, customer, A2) Customerごとのtotal. A2 にcustomerを入力すると、その1件の合計になります。一覧の隣で下にコピーしてください。
=list.sales_receipts(customer) すべてのcustomer(重複なし). customerの重複しない値を列方向に展開します。上の関数の行ラベルになります。
=data.sales_receipts.sum(total, date, ">=2026-01-01") ある日付以降. Dateが2026年1月1日以降の行のみ対象です。">="、"<"、"<>" などの条件は、一般的なスプレッドシートと同じように使えます。
=data.sales_receipts.count(id, customer, "<>") Customerがある行. Customerが空でない行を数えます。

請求書、支払、顧客、勘定科目表が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフから直接読み取れるテーブルになります。エクスポートなしで、数値は常に最新です。
