ライブスプレッドシートで使える QuickBooks Online payments received
Payments received テーブルを payments_received という名前のデータソースとしてシートに追加すると、その15個の列が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフで使える名前になります。Sheets は、シートを開くたび、または更新するたびに QuickBooks Online の会社データ から読み取ります。
このテーブルで使える関数
=data.payments_received.sum(amount) Amountの合計. Payments receivedのすべての行について、Amount列を合計します。
=data.payments_received.sum(amount, customer, A2) Customerごとのamount. A2 にcustomerを入力すると、その1件の合計になります。一覧の隣で下にコピーしてください。
=list.payments_received(customer) すべてのcustomer(重複なし). customerの重複しない値を列方向に展開します。上の関数の行ラベルになります。
=data.payments_received.sum(amount, date, ">=2026-01-01") ある日付以降. Dateが2026年1月1日以降の行のみ対象です。">="、"<"、"<>" などの条件は、一般的なスプレッドシートと同じように使えます。
=data.payments_received.count(id, customer, "<>") Customerがある行. Customerが空でない行を数えます。
=data.payments_received.avg(unapplied) Unappliedの平均. avg、min、max、count、countd(重複なし)、first も sum と同じ方法で使えます。
このテーブルを使うレポート
=data.payments_received.sum(amount, payment_method, A2) 支払方法別の入金. 支払方法ごとの入金額を、A 列の各行に表示します。

請求書、支払、顧客、勘定科目表が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフから直接読み取れるテーブルになります。エクスポートなしで、数値は常に最新です。
