ライブスプレッドシートで使える QuickBooks Online customers
Customers テーブルを customers という名前のデータソースとしてシートに追加すると、その18個の列が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフで使える名前になります。Sheets は、シートを開くたび、または更新するたびに QuickBooks Online の会社データ から読み取ります。
このテーブルで使える関数
=data.customers.sum(open_balance) Open balanceの合計. Customersのすべての行について、Open balance列を合計します。
=data.customers.sum(open_balance, country, A2) Countryごとのopen balance. A2 にcountryを入力すると、その1件の合計になります。一覧の隣で下にコピーしてください。
=list.customers(country) すべてのcountry(重複なし). countryの重複しない値を列方向に展開します。上の関数の行ラベルになります。
=data.customers.count(id, country, "<>") Countryがある行. Countryが空でない行を数えます。
=data.customers.avg(balance_with_sub_customers) Balance with sub-customersの平均. avg、min、max、count、countd(重複なし)、first も sum と同じ方法で使えます。
このテーブルを使うレポート
=data.customers.count(id, open_balance, ">0") 未払い残高のある顧客. まだ支払いが残っている顧客の数。

customersを、リアルタイムで
請求書、支払、顧客、勘定科目表が、関数、ピボットテーブル、グラフから直接読み取れるテーブルになります。エクスポートなしで、数値は常に最新です。
