What you will build on Clio

Each is one formula on live data. These are examples of the syntax: the column names will follow Clio's own fields once the integration ships.

=data.time_entries.sum(hours, user, A2)
Billable hours by lawyer. Recorded and billed hours per lawyer and month.
=data.bills.sum(balance, client, A2)
Unpaid bills. Outstanding bills by client and age.
=data.bills.sum(total)/data.time_entries.sum(value)
Realisation. Billed against recorded value, per matter.

How it will run

Your data stays in Clio

You will sign in with your Clio account and give Sheets read access. Sheets runs on our servers in the EU and reads your data through Clio's API when a sheet opens or refreshes. We plan to list it in the Clio App Directory.
