Each is one formula on live data. These are examples of the syntax: the column names will follow Calendly's own fields once the integration ships.

Meetings booked per person. Bookings per host and week.

No-show rate. Cancelled and no-show bookings against all bookings.

How it will run

Your data stays in Calendly

You will sign in with your Calendly account and give Sheets read access. Sheets runs on our servers in the EU and reads your data through Calendly's API when a sheet opens or refreshes. We plan to list it in the Calendly App Directory.
