BigCommerce categories in a live spreadsheet
Add the Categories table to a sheet as a data source named categories and its 5 columns become names your formulas, pivot tables and charts use. Sheets reads it from your BigCommerce store each time the sheet opens or refreshes.
Formulas on this table
=data.categories.sum(sort_order) Total sort order. Adds up the Sort order column over every row of Categories.
=data.categories.sum(sort_order, name, A2) Sort order per name. With a name in A2, the total for that one. Fill it down next to a list of them.
=list.categories(name) Every name, once. Spills the distinct name values down the column: the row labels for the formula above.
=data.categories.count(name, name, "<>") Rows with a name. Counts the rows whose Name is not empty.
